Mango Lassi

A yoghurt-based drink from South Asia!

Method (Serves 2)

  1. Peel the mango, remove the stone and chop it roughly.
  2. Put all ingredients into the blender jug. Blend at low speed for 10 seconds, then high speed for seconds.
Ingredients
  • 200ml natural yoghurt
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 10 ice cubes
