Banana, Vanilla & Honey Ice Cream



  • 300g frozen banana, chopped (10-15mm pieces)
  • 200ml honey
  • 2.5ml vanilla extract

  1. Add frozen banana, honey and vanilla extract to the mini-chopper and process on high speed until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  3. Serve in small bowls and top with sprinkles.
