A sweet, heathy summer treat!

Ingredients

  1. 3x frozen acai blocks
  2. 3x cups frozen mixed berries
  3. 1x banana (frozen or fresh)
  4. 2x cups coconut water
  5. 2x cups muesli/granola
  6. 1x mango, cut into cubes
  7. ½ cup blueberries
  8. 4x passionfruits, cut in half

  1. Add acai, mixed berries, banana and half the coconut water to the Russell Hobbs Desire Matte Black Blender.
  2. Gradually add the second half of the coconut water as needed to the acai mix (depending on how thick you like your acai bowls)
  3. Once blended to desired consistency, divide evenly into 4 bowls.
  4. Top acai mixture with granola, mango, blueberries and passionfruit.
  5. These bowls are best eaten straight away as you don’t want the acai to melt - especially on a hot day! Enjoy.
