Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 hours (+ de-pressurising time)
- Place all ingredients into the multi cooker and stir to combine.
- Place the lid on and turn the setting to SLOW COOK and cook for 2 hours. When cooking time has finished, leave pressure to release naturally.
- Store in sterilised, air tight jars in the refrigerator.
TIP: Use apple relish as a condiment for roasted meats, especially pork.
